Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all orders placed on the website www.nibrooo.com (hereinafter "the Site") by any consumer or company (hereinafter "the Client"). By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation. 2. Products Nibrooo primarily offers:

merchandising products,
smoking accessories,
official merchandise related to the artistic universe of ElGrandeToto .

The photographs and descriptions on the Site are not contractual, but Nibrooo makes every effort to accurately represent the products. 3. Price The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros (€) and may vary depending on the country. They do not include:

delivery costs,
import taxes,
any applicable customs fees,
Any applicable local taxes.

Nibrooo reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated. 4. Orders The order is considered final when:

The payment has been validated.
The order was confirmed to the Customer by email.

Nibrooo reserves the right to cancel an order in case of fraud or non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions. 5. Payment The accepted payment methods are:

bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.),
online payment services (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay — depending on site configuration).

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. 6. Shipping & Delivery 6.1 Deadlines Delivery times vary depending on:

the destination country,
the chosen shipping method,
local customs conditions.

The indicated delivery times are indicative only. Nibrooo cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control (customs, carrier, strike, weather, etc.). 6.2 Monitoring The customer receives a tracking number when it is available, depending on the chosen carrier. 7. Customs & Import Taxes (Very important clause for African countries – includes the disclaimer) Customs regulations depend exclusively on the country of destination. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that Nibrooo is not responsible for decisions made by customs services , particularly in Africa where controls may be strengthened. The Client agrees to:

to verify the legality of products in one's country
to assume full responsibility for customs duties, taxes, local VAT or customs clearance fees,
provide any documents that may be required by customs.

Nibrooo cannot be held responsible in the event of:

delay,
blockage,
entry refused
seizure or destruction of the package by customs authorities.

In the event of a blocked, seized, or returned package, No refunds will be issued , except in exceptional circumstances granted at the sole discretion of Nibrooo SRO. 8. Right of withdrawal In accordance with European legislation:

The Client has a period of 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.

Exceptions (non-return):

products used
customized products
consumable or opened items
smoking accessories having been in contact (for hygiene reasons).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 9. Returns & Refunds All returns must be validated by Nibrooo via email beforehand. The products must be:

new,
not used
in their original packaging.

After receiving and verifying the products, Nibrooo will proceed with the refund within 14 days (excluding delivery costs). 10. Warranty & Liability Nibrooo guarantees products that conform to their description. Nibrooo cannot be held liable in the event of:

misuse of the product,
failure to follow instructions
delays related to a carrier or customs,
indirect or intangible damage.

11. Personal data The data collected is used exclusively for order processing, delivery and improving customer service. Nibrooo is committed to never selling your data to a third party. The Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data. 12. Intellectual Property The brand Nibrooo , its logo, its products, its visuals and the artistic identity associated with ElGrandeToto are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation or use is prohibited. 13. Applicable Law & Disputes These Terms and Conditions are governed by Czech law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts in Prague will be seized. 14. ------------------ DISCLAIMER for when customers order from Africa.

Disclaimer – Customs & Import Customs regulations vary from country to country and are subject to change. By placing an order on our website, The customer acknowledges being fully responsible for informing themselves about the import laws and restrictions in force in their country of destination , particularly for African countries where procedures may be stricter. Nibrooo is in no way responsible:

delays, blockages, refusals, seizures or destruction of packages by customs authorities;
additional costs, fines or administrative procedures imposed by the customs services of the client's country;
of any delivery impossibility related to local regulations.

By confirming your order, You agree to bear all customs fees , import taxes, local VAT, clearance fees or any other costs applied by the authorities of your country. If a package is held, returned, or seized by customs, No refunds or returns will be granted , except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Nibrooo. We strongly recommend that you check the compatibility of our products with the legislation of your country before placing an order.
